Sweet Memories Promotional Gifts Pty Ltd were the company chosen to produce the Oz Comic-Con 2017 merchandise range. From our product selection and quoting stage right through to production and delivery stage, Lisa was very enthusiastic and heavily involved the whole way through. Her customer service and that of her team are the best we have experienced with merchandise production since we launched the Oz Comic-Con range in 2014. Lisa’s knowledge in guiding us to products that would work better for us was outstanding. The quality of the printing process and Lisa’s care for detail meant that our range of products was very high quality. This was especially important for the exclusive Marvel ranges we were producing for the first time within Australia, as ReedPOP have secured a license to produce exclusive Marvel merchandise across their shows globally. Disney representatives were at both the Perth and Adelaide shows, so being able to showcase high quality Marvel merchandise with them in attendance was hugely important, and we were able to do that thanks to Lisa and her team. The 2017 Oz Comic-Con merchandise range has been showcased at 2 shows so far this year, Perth on March 25 & 26, and Adelaide on April 1 & 2. Both shows were incredibly successful when it came to merchandise sales . For Perth we exceeded our sales budget by 28% and in Adelaide we exceeded our sales budget by 29%. Both shows saw us improved on our 2016 performance in no small part thanks to the new product range and product quality.

Sweet Memories has been supplying De Lorenzo’s promotional products for the past two years and there has not been one issue. The customer service to begin with is above and beyond what you may receive from other promotional companies as they go out of their way to source exactly what you need. The samples are fantastic as you are able to see exactly what you will receive when the finish goods arrive. The cost is extremely competitive, even when the time lines are shorter than we would like. Turnaround time from sign off is extremely quick. The quality of the finished goods is also extremely high.
